I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was little, I’ve always felt a special connection with them. Whenever I met an animal, I wanted to make them feel safe, cared for and loved. I’ve had two wonderful dogs who were truly my best friends, so I’m very familiar with understanding their different personalities, routines and needs. One of my dogs had diabetes, which gave me experience caring for a pet with additional medical needs and following a consistent routine. I’ve also cared for both high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, and calmer dogs who enjoy a slower pace and lots of relaxing company. I always adapt to each pet’s individual personality and what makes them happiest. I’ve also spent a lot of time around horses throughout my life and I’m familiar with their basic care. For me, looking after animals is much more than a job. I genuinely being around them, and I treat every pet with the same care I’d hope someone would show my own 🐾

Isla was an absolutely amazing petsitter, she was kind, empathetic, and quickly made a great connection with my dogs (a labrador mix and a collie). She is skilled and experienced, and handled even difficult situations with calmness and ease. 10/10 would recommend!
